The role

As an Account Director of 5 years’ agency experience, you’ll lead multiple, high profile accounts, deliver strategy and be responsible for the smooth running of relationships with your clients. Managing a team of Account Managers, you’ll ensure all work is delivered in line with the client’s brief, to exacting standards: producing excellent work on time and budget.

You’ll be proactive, ambitious and driven; willing to:

Deliver: take a client brief through from concept to execution for a wide variety of campaigns and services: comms, brand, creative, social media, to name but a few
Create opportunities: for Carve, for our clients, for partnerships, for the wider communities in which we work
Be front-facing: proactively develop strong relationships with clients

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelors or Masters
  • Proven track record of success, with minimum 5 years’ agency experience
  • Digital agency background
